Claire Bayles

Raised in Tiburon / Belvedere, California, Claire Bayles has an innate understanding of Marin County life. From attending schools in Marin County and growing up as the daughter of a Real Estate developer, she inherently understands the ins and outs of life in Marin and real estate. Claire currently lives in Belvedere with her husband. Claire has ten years of experience in both commercial and residential Sales, which provided her with an extensive understanding of property values, analytics as well as honed her negotiation skills.

Prior to residential, she assisted the developer build the most famous $300 million office development in the financial district, 350 Bush Street. Claire is dedicated and passionate in every aspect of her life. Claire’s goal is to achieve results above her client’s expectations. Her natural ability to help people and genuine enthusiasm for her client’s satisfaction ensures they always have an advocate on their side. Claire offers her clients an array of design and development experience, combined with the analysis of market trends, contract negotiation and high end marketing, making her ideally suited to navigate you through the process of buying your new home or selling an existing property.

Claire can be found with her daughter Betty and husband Frederick on walks around Belvedere Island, playing tennis, working on a home design project, and cooking for friends & family.
